Every Tuesday we operate a pop-up cafe in the old Port Cygnet Diner (Shop 2, 16 Mary St, Cygnet TAS 7112) to offer a friendly place for excellent coffee paired with irresistible pastries. There’s espresso, filter and cold brew coffee along with small batch kombucha. The pastries on offer (most notably, alt-Swedish cinnamon buns) are at the whim of talented local pastry chef, Franca Zingler, of Port Cygnet Catering. The menu range is minimal, with a focus on offering quality examples of our respective crafts.
We are open 7:30 a.m. until noon, providing the perfect light European breakfast or morning tea for small groups.
