Clean Machine Premium Espresso Machine Powder has been developed for use with commercial & domestic espresso machines in the routine maintenance of backflushing and the removal of coffee oil residue and scum on group heads, valves, lines and associated parts. Use 2g to backflush (for machines with 3-way valves) for every 1kg of coffee use. Also suitable for soaking any manual brewing items that accumulate coffee oils.
Grind
We recommend using your own grinder to grind coffee fresh, just prior to use. However we'll happily grind your coffee to suit your needs. These are our recommendations.
Fine: domestic & travel espresso machines, aeropress (fast brew methods).
Coarse: French Press (plunger), Italian stovetop (Moka Express), drip filter (manual and automatic), Aeropress (slow brew methods).
