Air powered personal espresso + 250g coffee beans
The Staresso makes real espresso using an air pump to deliver 10 bar pressure and allow a full extraction with rich crema. Bundle includes one 250g bag of Espresso Blend coffee beans.
Features
- Coffee powder capacity: 9-11g
- Working pressure: up to 20bar
- Water tank capacity: 50~80mL

Basic Staresso Brewing Instructions:
- Add 10g of finely ground coffee to the basket and assemble brewing pieces.
- Add 50mL of hot water to the upper chamber and screw on the lid tightly.
- Pump until first drops of espresso appear. Wait 30 seconds.
- Pump continuously to pull remainder of shot into the shot glass.

Grind
We recommend using your own grinder to grind coffee fresh, just prior to use. However we'll happily grind your coffee to suit your needs. These are our recommendations.
Fine: domestic & travel espresso machines, aeropress (fast brew methods).
Coarse: French Press (plunger), Italian stovetop (Moka Express), drip filter (manual and automatic), Aeropress (slow brew methods).
