They have proven to have excellent properties for retaining freshness over the last 8 years since they were first employed in our range.

Our roast style aims to retain and highlight the intrinsic character of the green coffee while always ensuring you enjoy an aromatically complex cup, free of roast defects. We have different solubility targets for our lightest filter and darkest espresso but in the middle our medium roast setting is a very good compromise if you want to buy a clean, well processed single origin that can be juicy and sweet in both filter and espresso, using appropriate grind settings.
